Titles of albums and tracks
1. Accuracy
The titles of albums and tracks should always match the titles on the cover art as closely as possible, without abbreviations.
2. Additional information
All titles of albums and tracks should not contain any additional information unless it is really necessary to identify the content.
3. Generic titles
Do not use generic names for the tracks. Titles like "Track 01", "Track 02" are not accepted unless they are really the original titles. The same rule applies to the release title. Titles like "Album", "EP" or "Single" are not accepted.
4. Multiple titles for albums and tracks
The albums and tracks with multiple tracks must be separated by a forward slash ("/"). Please add a space before and after the forward slash.
5. Version information on tracks
To distinguish between multiple versions of the same track or to indicate that a track is different from its original version, please write the version in parentheses after the track.
6. Use of "Exclusive" or "Limited Edition"
Album and/or track titles must not contain terms such as "Exclusive" or "Limited Edition" as the titles are an integral part of the content.
7. References to physical content, digital content or content not included
Album titles must not contain terms that refer to content not included in the album. Such as physical formats, digital formats or geographic locations. Some examples are: e-release, digital version, digital only, digital download, with booklet, European edition, American edition, etc.
8. References to video format
Titles must not contain references to video format or specifications such as "video", "clip", "PAL" or "music video".
9. Unnecessary version information
The standard version, i.e. the original version of a track, must not contain any additional information. For example: original version, album version, original mix, etc.
10. Live content
If a track was recorded live, it must be indicated in the version field as "Live", "Ao Vivo", "En Vivo", etc. according to the language of the album. If all tracks were recorded live, this must also be indicated in the album name.
11. Use of "Deluxe Edition" / "Extended" and "Bonus Tracks"
A "Deluxe Edition" or "Extended" release can be released if a previous album version exists that offers additional material to the first version. The inclusion of the old material cannot be omitted.
A "bonus track" is also accepted if it is included in this type of release. It must be indicated in the "Version or Remix" field. Under no circumstances will a track title be accepted as a "bonus track".
12. Censoring words
Artist names, track titles and album titles must be submitted in the original form intended by the artist. Explicit words are automatically censored in some channels and appear as "f**k" or "s**t", for example, so do not add asterisks in the titles.
13. Side-by-side translations
Side-by-side translations in Korean are not allowed (that is, translating the title into English and including it as part of your own title). For example, "이카루스" is correct, but "Rise 이카루스" is not accepted. The remaining languages cannot include this resource either.
