Sales reports are updated around the 25th of each month.
Once sales are confirmed and earnings are received, they will be made available to you in your wallet.
Users must initiate a withdrawal request from their wallet by contacting us.
Within 1-14 business days of initiating the request, users will receive payment via the selected payment method (bank or PayPal).
Before requesting a withdrawal, please remember:
1. There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $3.00
2. Check your connected withdrawal methods.
3. New users may have no funds or only unconfirmed sales for their first 2-6 months on the platform. All digital stores report sales that are at least 30 days behind schedule. This means new users may request withdrawals 2-6 months after their first release is distributed.
4. We recommend consistent releases of music to ensure consistent payouts.
5. We will send a confirmation to your contact method once your withdrawal request is received and another when it is sent. Please only contact us regarding missing withdrawals if 7 days pass and you have not received a confirmation notification or a payment. If some of your payment information is wrong, contact us immediately.
6. If you had a fraud, piracy or copyright issue on your account during the relevant withdrawal month, your withdrawal may be held. We will notify you if this is the case.
